Pac should be grateful the fight took place in 2015. The beating he would've taken in 2010 would've hurt his earning potential, which was boosted for years by his "anti-Mayweather" status.

Anyone who expected an exciting fight much less a brawl are idiots. I'm a big Pacquiao fan but he wasn't the same after getting ko'd. Also he had a shoulder injury and froid was juiced as hell

Classic case of Mayweather knowing how to fight against all styles. 🥊

So PAC lost because he wasn’t the same guy after being KO’d even though he has been KO’s in the past.

And of course the shoulder injury that wasn’t mentioned until he got beat. How many times have we heard that BS whenever a fighter gets beat?

Basically PAC is undefeated. He got robbed by Horn, Bradley, Morales and all the other losses. He had had an injury. PAC just has never lost.

I enjoyed the fight and was actually surprised by how good a counterpuncher Manny actually was. He was playing the counterpunching game against floyd, a strategy Zab Judah used very effectively against Floyd, but Floyd 9 years later was far too experienced to let that go on for 12 rounds and got on the bike and dominated the second half of the fight too and won comfortably.

It was a battle of mental fortitude and Floyd won by a mile, Manny got discouraged and folded under pressure despite his extensive experience at that level and it speaks volumes to Floyd's mental game and resilience.

Let me say that if this is how boxing was always fought it would never have made it.

Notice Paulie never favored the Puncher?
I listen to Tyson and Holyfield not Paulie.

what is floyd supposed to do, intentionally get hit more? Youre blaming him for having supreme defensive skills thus not creating a lot of "action" - ie pacquaio landing cleanly.

Only I seen the fight as many others seen it, and Pauli is not biased here at all, what he is saying is exactly what happened .

I love how you guys try to shoot down the messenger and dont listen to whats being said, the words here is truth, just because Pauli is saying it doesnt make the words are lies.

Bradley knew that just because judges declared him winner against Pac that wasnt enough for him. Bradley also wanted to convinvce doubters.
Floyd not so much..keeping zero is all that mattered to floyd he didn't care while world thought Pac beatbhim. Floyd s seen all those YouTube vids from Spain and other parts of world.

But as a fan, I just thought "we waited that long for THAT?!?"
It went exactly how I expected. I don’t know why anyone would’ve predicted anything different. It’s not like we expected Floyd to slug it out with Pacquiao, or for Manny to be able to be competitive boxing with Floyd. He had to make it a fight but Floyd was too skilled and didn’t let that happen. Which is what I expected. Manny was gun-shy against Marquez and got outboxed badly in their 3rd fight, who’s great but not as great as Mayweather. Who’s bigger, stronger and faster.

For me the blame has to be with Pacquiao because Mayweather did what he always does and more. He actually threw more punches than Pacquiao who averaged 6.8 landed per round, lol. Manny was just so discouraged and outclassed in there, it seemed like after the middle rounds he stopped believing that he could win. He’s great but I never bought into the hype and thought he would beat Floyd. I think a lot of people did and those were the ones that were disappointed. The people that really know boxing and appreciate the sweet science should be able to respect what Floyd did in there. Basically made the guy most people said would beat him look like he wanted to quit. Totally dominated and embarrassed him in front of the world and made all the haters and critics eat their words.
