  • Comments Thread For: Mikey Garcia: Arum Says I'm Asking For Numbers Out Of This Stratosphere - A Complete Lie!

From the moment he returned to the ring following a 30-month ring hiatus, Mikey Garcia has lived up to his promise of taking on all comers. That task has become easier than ever to accomplish now that he's campaigning in the talent-laden welterweight division. However, there remains one name in the mix whom the former four-division titlist doesn't envision standing opposite corner from anytime in the near future.

Mikey Garcia has been negotiating with Pac since before the Errol Spence fight. Why hasn't it happened yet?

Mikey Garcia is a good boxer, but he needs to stay away from Bud Crawford. Spence beat Garcia easily. If he fought Bud, Mikey would receive an embarrassing beat down. He doesn't need that.

That's why Arum doesn't like you!

          If I were advising Mikey:

          #1 Manny Pacquiao @ 147
          #2 Devin Haney @ 140
          #3 Keith Thurman @ 147
          #4 Mario Barrios @ 140

Mikey is stubborn and it's going to ruin his career. Everyone, including his own family, told him to stay away from spence, but he insisted. Respectful initiative but he put forward a s***ty effort to actually try and win the fight. Now because of the backlash from that weak performance, he's trying to prove himself at 147 but the reality is he probably can't beat any of the top guys in that weight. He should drop to 140 where he has a shot at being a champion.

Mikey Garcia lol. Dude, you left Top Rank on bad terms. You are getting no good deals from Arum. And I'm not sure on what terms you left PBC, but they have a round robin going on at 147 that doesn't include non-PBC fighters. Who are you going to fight at 147? Especially after the Spence fight where you **** the bed. Will people even pay to see you?

100%, Mikey's Bro Robert will never allow a fight with Terrance just like Danny's dad Angel will never allow Danny's ass to be destroyed by TC!

I like this whole list really all good names and fights for Mikey I would put Thurman at 2 instead of 3 though and honestly think Mikey might win that one.
