When is this guy going leaving boxing. No one wants to see him fight. He has no chance vs Spence, Brook, Porter. He already got destroyed by Tbud and Danny.

Amir Khan was in the midsts of a dominating first round against Devon Alexander. There is an exchange where you see the best and worst of Khan within a few seconds. Amir explodes with a blistering combination that forces Alexander to cover up. Unfortunately, Amir also has a habit of disregarding defense and leaving his chin hanging in the air and Devon rocks him with a southpaw left cross as soon as Khan stops punching.

Now Amir Khan went on to pitch a shutout in a brilliant performance, however he has always been prone to lapses in concentration that cost him in big moments. Even in fights where everything is going his way.

As for the Mayweather-Khan matchup, Khan would have to win by KO because I don't see him holding it together for 12 rounds. I think Amir would look dazzling for about 3-4 rounds, unleashing blinding handspeed and forcing Floyd to cover up, smiling behind his guard as he waits for the opportunity to counter. I see Floyd eventually marching forward behind a high guard and going to the body. Khan probably responds by flurrying even harder while Floyd lies in wait to uncork a pull right hand counter. At some point Mayweather's sharp punches discourage Khan from leaping in and then it's target practice. Floyd by competitive UD, 116-112 or maybe even 115-113.
The way you described it, that fight would have been worth watching then

I was impressed with Crawford in that fight take away the low-blow incident. That is something never done to Khan before

If you were to list Khan's top 5 wins, its embarassing.

He hasnt beaten anyone good since Maidana, 10 ***ing years ago.

A lot of the "names" on his resume were shot when he fought them - Barrera, zab, collazo, alexander.

His second best win is Malinaggi.

His 3rd through 5th, I dont even ***ing know but its embarrassing.

lol Khan is like the only guy I would pick floyd to KO.

I dont think Khan could take the flush shots floyd is going to land in the last 3rd of the fight when he is coming on strong, the other guy is tired and hes in complete control. Look at the flush shots he landed on Cotto and Mosley, I dont think Khan takes them without going down at minimum and once Khan goes down hes back up on Bambi legs.

4/5 losses are KO losses and all his losses in the last 4 years are KOs. Even in his best wins Khan usually got wobbled. He has one of the worst chins in B level and above fighters Ive ever seen in my 21 years of following the sport.

Khan was milking that low blow for all it was worth hoping the ref would give him a DQ if he didnt answer if he could continue and when that didnt work he looked to his corner with sad puppy eyes begging them to stop the fight so he can save face and claim he wanted to fight but whelp my corner stopped it.

Khan’s absolutely obsessed with Floyd, maybe it was actually Floyd who smashed Khan’s wife!

Anyways, any version of Khan gets eventually tucked to sleep by Floyd!
