Mikey is a real champion, whether he has a belt or not! I feel he's already "one of the best to do it." Why? Because he sacrificed glory for justice! There's a fine line between being "pimped" and being "promoted." Mikey, unlike many others in the history of the game, knew the difference! His Father must be a very proud man!

I was a fan of Mikey in his early days, but his lack of passion for the sport has become obvious as he got older. It's not only seen with his inactivity or chasing big money fights he hasn't earned, but you can tell the lack of interest in his fights even. He shows almost no desire and even looks bored at times.

He has the talent, but boxing is just a high paying job for him.

Other than the retirement you displayed from Rd. 5 thru 12 in the Spence fight?

I admit I laughed! Although I flew to Dallas to watch that fight in person, to root for Mikey, and I haven't been to a fight since '06!

Mikey will have a great career when it's all said and done. And that's all that matters!
