Whilst I believe Usyk Beats Bellew 10/10 times they fight, the fight finished in the 8th round. You can’t just magically give 3 rounds away that haven’t been fought?! Bellew was ahead on the cards (and also heading towards a stoppage) but he was still up.

If Bellew was still fighting as he did in around 1 while Usyk wasn’t pressing forward, then you’d be able to apply benefit of doubt that Bellew would’ve won, but those weren’t the circumstances in the fight. The cards simply meant or showed that Bellew gained rounds early. Bellew was starting to lose any “control” after the 5th, so even if Usyk didn’t KO Bellew in the 8th, it was a Usyk round. It’s not like Bellew just got caught while Usyk was always missing throughout the fight to say he got lucky. Usyk started to pressure nicely after the 5th the same Loma applies pressure to change a fight.

So if Usyk had won the 8th by no stoppage going to the 9th, then Bellew would’ve let by 2 rounds. 10th round by 1 round. 11th round Draw, 12th round anything goes, but bank on Usyk considering Bellew was looking destroyed by the 8th.

So this whole “winning the fight” isn’t a lucky punch scenario. Usyk was systematically breaking down Usyk after the fifth and it showed. Bellew has lost the battle by the 7th. We’ve seen that look and hurt before

We all know what we saw. By the 5th Bellew started changing behavior and you could see Usyk hitting harder with conviction while pressuring more. It simply means Usyk was starting off SLOW. The same way Canelo strategically mind****ed Khan. Usyk and Canelo didn’t need feel out rounds, they just carried the opponent WANTING to Headhunt to prove a point. Not that they were insecure of losing. You see this in fighters when they start to pressure more while landing and the other fighter can’t adjust while on the flee.

Crazy thing is the judges had canelo up on the cards prior to the knockout of the cards which was totally messed up.

Tony's really grown on me over the years, gives a good interview and got passion and insight for the sport, but you're absolutely goddamn right that he needs the limelight. Honestly he's gonna have to step away at some point though or he's gonna get hurt... prolly off his missus.

After fight with Usyk. I'm going back to my wife and kids, you'll never see me again. Every single boxing event since we see you Bellew. I don't mind, I like him, had a very strong end to his career and was outboxing Usyk for the first 6 rounds, was definitely ahead at that stage.

However, when you say you can toy with someone, who was recently a HW Champion then you have to back that up. The fight would be an easy sell to the UK audience at least and both fighters would make great money, I'd back Ruiz to win by KO mid/late fight.
