Could see it happening like Porter said but I could also see it happening as the Brook vs Spence fight played out.

Btw- Brook also happened to be a better boxer than Spence but was worn down as the fight went on.

But the 90K LB elephant is still how does Errol look after the accident? We also still need to see Crawford against a top welterweight. I just don’t believe Kell has much left after his last few struggles. Too many questions to make the call on this one.

My bad, you're right. I forgot all about Spence beating Kell Brook. Completely slipped my mind.

When you throw Brook into the mixed, that's two tough tests that Spence has passed. That's two more than Crawford.

It's a shame that Crawford's prime is coming to an end soon, and we have no idea how good he really is. He's beaten people that every top 5 welterweight would be favored to beat.
I wouldn't be so hard on yourself - can happen. In that light a Crawford - Brook fight makes some sense to get an idea of how Bud stacks up against someone Porter lost to narrowly and Spence beat narrowly (was a close fight but Brook had been at 160 for Golovkin and that caused him to lose stamina)

          Spence vs Crawford

While I admire both Crawford and Spence and feel they are the best welters and top fighters today I have to disagree with Sean's assessment. I think the main difference in the two fighters is that Bud fights in spurts and Spence is much more consistent in his pressure and prolific in his punch output. To me that would be the difference in the fight and eventually like with Brook and even with Porter Spence would floor and ko Crawford. Bigger men have sparred with Spence and said his power is akin to light heavy power. Kell Brook was a fullfledged middleweight who took on a 168 lb. GGG and only a broken orbital bone stopped him there. Yet Spence walked through him and stopped him. I feel this is the greatest fight to be made out there but that's my assessment for what it's worth. Cant wait to see it.
