Just give us your breakdown. If resume was so important Roy Jones would have gotten wrecked by Toney, Pacquiao by Barrera, Mayweather by Genaro.

          You’re picking Spence right?
Well said, both guys world champs at welterweight, crawford UNDISPUTED JWelter (some morons still blame a fighter after such accomplishments) - a Spence not losing 30+ pounds b/4 start of fight camp is more than a handful to any fighter at welter and super welter, Crawford can answer back to Spence more than Spence has ever been exposed to in his career. The will of these 2 gladiators mind blowing & actually on par - therefore who actually wins the fight -50/50 fight both taking each other to the trenches. NOWHERE TO HIDE FOR BOTH CHAMPIONS

              Pre-accident I've got Spence. Post-accident who knows?

Spence is simply far more proven at 147. Porter and Brook are far better competition than anyone Bud has fought at 147.

Manny and Floyd made 147 the hot division. All eyes have been on the division for years. Boxing fans, especially Americans, want these two to be great so bad, because they want a superstar to get behind, as well as a fight they can crown a "superfight."

An ELITE talent at welterweight is Sugar Ray Leonard. Both Spence and Crawford are a clear step below.
That would be the same Porter who lost to Kell Brook?

Why mention SRL? We know that but he is irrelevant to today's scene.

Also Spence has shown his ability vs better fighters than Crawford. When your resume is full of mediocrity, you will appear to look really good, better than you are. Crawford’s best opponents have been Postol and Khan. So if Porter is going by what he sees in Crawford fights, it’s not a fair assessment.

If you give Spence fights vs Horn, Kavaliouskas, Benavidez, Khan, Indongo and Felix Diaz, he to would look extremely good, way better than he is.

I would say looking at their last 5 opponents, Spence has fought the better opponents. Crawford on the other hand, is taking very safe fights. Beyond safe.
Nuff said...it is obvious Crawford is hype. Untested at 147

LOL, I'm re-tarded. When I first read your comment, I thought you were trying to say Porter wasn't a legit opponent. Then I read your other comment, and my brain finally woke up.

My bad, you're right. I forgot all about Spence beating Kell Brook. Completely slipped my mind.

When you throw Brook into the mixed, that's two tough tests that Spence has passed. That's two more than Crawford.

It's a shame that Crawford's prime is coming to an end soon, and we have no idea how good he really is. He's beaten people that every top 5 welterweight would be favored to beat.
