Comments Thread For: Whyte, Ruiz Feud Online Over Financial Terms For Actual Fight

Dillian Whyte and Andy Ruiz landed on the same card for their last respective ring appearances. Getting the two together in the same ring, however, has proven to be problematic, although it has made for entertaining-if not bizarre-social media banter along the way.

Fact was Ruiz was right and Whyte was wrong. Team Whyte claimed they offered Ruiz 5m, then showing emails of a 4m offer, Hearn is right Whyte should apologise to Ruiz for that fact.

Let’s see AJ fans (Whyte doesn’t have any fans) excuse this lie.

If both fighters came in relatively light in comparison to the weights they walk around at, this would be one hell of a heavyweight fight. Both in the 240-50 range would make it into a very violent clash of styles. Hopefully we can see these guys square up in the future.

Either way a 4 million dollar payday for Ruiz to fight Whyte seems like a decent pay check and a chance for Ruiz to step back up the ladder.

Definitely a great payday, hopefully these two would fight each other in 2021.
