For me Henry Armstrong by a wide margin cleaned up multiple divisions in a very strong era of boxing and there was only 8 belts up for grabs, to compare fighters bouncing around divisions cherry picking belts is frankly laughable.
He was also a better fighter than anyone else on that list with the exception of Ray Robinson.
To put his achievements into perspective can you remember any other fighter being undisputed champion in 3 weight divisions at once.

        Pacquiao without a doubt.

Robinson and Duran deserve a shout though.

From the fights I’ve watched SRR’s skill is undeniable. But the hard part I have with quantifying the historic fighters is due to my lack of practical knowledge of their opponents. Zivick only won 2/3rds of his fights on paper. He He did beat Sammy Angott. But then I couldn’t tell you who Angott beat. Most of the guys in this decade fought all the time and against guys with all sorts of records at any time. But I was surprised of how good the records of SRRs opponents were in the 40s. He had the toughest competition than anyone else from what I can tell and by a long shot. Even as good as he was, mathematically it’s surprising he didn’t have more loses. Testament to how good he was and in shape. In a hundred fights, cuts, broken hands, etc are likely. I just don’t want to pretend I know that era like the fighters since I’ve been around. Still like u said, it’s gotta be undeniable that it’s the best run in a decade. No fighter could imagine coming out of that many fights as clean as SRR did.

If you're a real boxing fan without an agenda, this has to be the correct answer. It's just that simple.............

Prolly Robinson. If Ali didn’t have years robbed from him he would have had a good chance.
