If Wilder was wise, he would take a couple tune up bouts. Rebuild his career and confidence.

Not at all, by the time it was called off Wilder was little more than a sitting duck. The way things were heading Wilder was going to be starched imminently. And it would have been one of those horrible knockouts.

Whatever happens in the third fight has no bearing on what Fury achieved in the second.

Warren speaks sense in this regard and speaks the obvious. Wilder should go back and watch the fight. Hopefully he's a bright enough boxer to watch and learn from what he put up and not have nightmares...
Don't worry! "The Bronze Bomber is going to beat his ass real good in the rematch. To the point of Fury laying down and quitting from taking so much of an asswhooping and punishment.

There's one thing about Tyson Fury; He does not like to get hit or absorb punishment. When Wilder starts tagging and landing those hooks and crosses on his ass he is going to quit. Just wait and see!

Actually, wilder wasn't really throwing back so easier to defend. He's been a sparring partner to the sports biggest stars his whole life so he's used to standing there absorbing hits. He has a sparring partner mentality and that's all he was in there

True, fury don't like being hit and is hard to hit and will be hard to hit in 3rd fight.
Wilder could barely land in 1st fight. And fury didn't quit

In the end I don't think Fury wanted to knock him out but rather to force him to quit or get the towel thrown in for him.

When Fury faked out licking Wilder's blood, you just knew he was a predator playing with his food and able to feast anytime he felt like.

Fury took Wilders soul when he rose off the canvas in their first fight.

Forget the belt, hes fighting to get his soul back! There's some gypsy voodoo magic going on there.

Wilder needs to get some Wakanda science sorcery to combat that. Maybe a change of costume might do the trick or vibranium knuckle implants ?

              Denial.

Wilder is going through the 5 stages of grief.

He better get himself straight fast or the 3rd fight will be worse because you know he's gonna make it clear to his corner not to throw in the towel if he's in trouble.

Luckily he's been blessed with allotted time due to the postponed fight. Hopefully he can get himself straight.

Wilder could barely make it back to his corner. The fact that he had nothing left to throw shots says it all. Would have needed much more than a sparring partners mentality to go the distance in such a state from round 7.

To Fury's credit, he's got one of the best engines in the HW division and he would have just poured it on him. Personally the stoppage could have come earlier, he was well on his way to getting iced badly.
