Lol. Canelo was always smaller than Jacobs, GGG and Quillin. Since 2014 GGG was giving Jacobs step aside fees for no WBA mando. That’s why Jacobs was always quiet to never want GGG because he was taking side money, and GGG’s team wouldn’t disclose that. These all predate Canelo and the Lemieux fight... GGG was hiding at 160 when he said he could make 168 “easily” back in 2013.

Don't forget about GGG hiding from 154 as well. He said he could make that weight and even planned to fight there after the rosado fight.

Never happened tho, it looks like he was shook of 154 at that time which was a more stacked division than 160.

You're right. Father time is not on his side and they're choosing to further delay the fight.

Let's remember that Golovkin is choosing to pursue a trilogy and is accepting to do so at his age.

Check this out! When Canelo fought Kovalev, we saw the size difference. Look at Canelo vs GGG series, Canelo is still smaller than GGG overall. GGG was lucky that HBO paid him 3 fights a year so he was able to grind all the time. Most boxers don’t, 2 fights a year at best whom are stars or elite, nor more, maybe less... then when we saw GGG’s realistic walk around weight and fighting twice a year he was easily a Super Middleweight.

GGG fans hate it when these obvious things are exposed. Because they know GGG ducked Ward and they tried their best moving the goal post to a Canelo narrative. GGG been draining at 160 for a long time. He is massive compared to his scale weigh in. GGG just meant he was willing to do a DLH vs Pac weight with Floyd, for the money.

Good post and nelo is obviously smaller than 3G but he didn't only want to go to 154 just for floyd. Check out this interview with g back in 2013

Lol. He said he hoped to come in at 157... yet hit the limit of 160 in the Rosado weigh in.. GGG’s lowest has always been 158.5 but with Rosado he aiming for lower or he got shook by the questions knowing ..

                    ummm.... ????

Banks will have 0 input on the selection of Golovkin's next opponent

within Team Golovkin... Golovkin will have 90% input, and he will make the final decision... just like every other fighter... 9% will be DAZN

but lets be real here, Canelo will select Golovkin's next opponent LMAO

if Canelo selects Golovkin, then he will be next... if not, then some scrub is gonna cop it

3rd fight is irrelevant. One guy is prime the other is past his. These fights should have started 6 years ago. 3rd fight is a mismatch. Canelo should defend his title against Beterbiev. But I think we know it's not about fighting the best at their best. It's about growing the brand. Too bad because the guy is getting better over time and I think we could have a classic against Beterbiev. Plus I think he would fight anyone on his own volition.
