Prime Pac was clearly better. No offense to Mosley, but prime Pac is one of the great fighters the sport has ever seen. Prime Mosley was just one of the best fighters of his era.

Ummm ok ok. Manny is definitely up there no doubt. Not top 10 all time no way if we are including heavyweights but he’s up there. But Shane is still highly rated. I feel like Shane was unlucky to be in the era before Floyd and manny.

I would say he was but I’d also say Pacquiao’s prime lasted a lot longer than Mosley’s and that he accomplished more.
