I'm sure the fight will be scheduled at 170 and then be rescheduled for 190

Seriously? Chavez has lost every time he’s stepped up. When I say lost, I mean he gets beat up like a pińata.

GGG arguable beat Canelo the first fight and lost a very close decision. He’s beaten every other fighter (all better than Chavez could ever dream to be) and you come here rambling about volume punches?

Just stop 🛑 Chavez is a disgrace to boxing and a disgrace to his father’s name. The only reason Chavez is even relevant is because he’s riding off his father’s name.

Yeah I remember, also remember the ridiculous difference in size when he fought Andy Lee. Looked like a middle against a light heavy.

For me personally, when he was 'active' he represented a lot that's wrong with boxing, the WBC played their part too. Complete opposite to Sergio which made the outcome so satisfying.

Even his last fight, he looked like a cruiserweight against Jacobs.

I think he'll be the death of his father

Chavez jr. is a huge failure. The guy had every broken rule to make him a champ. From rigged scales to masked Peds. Once his God father Suliaman passed he couldn't balloon to 180 and get a fake weight reading . After his death Chavez immediately decided to campaigned at super middleweight and was just too heavy and he had to renegotiate for catchweight. Once he fought in his proper weight class he quit like a punk against Fanfora. Got a gift fight with Canelo and made a mockery out of the Chavez name. Gets a third big break against Jacobs and quits yet again. He's nothing but a man of broken promises. He needs to just disappear from anything associated with boxing before he kills his father from all the heartache

Chavez Jr is about the furthest thing from a high volume puncher...he never lets his hands go.

Til he dies or boxing? After how things have went for him in boxing I gotta assume he means he's dying in 3 to 4 years cuz he definitely ain't got that long in boxing at any respectable non-novelty level.
