I haven’t made any accusations. I’ve referenced verifiable facts. It’s a fact that America was founded on anti black white supremacy and was built on the systematic oppression of black people which persists to this day. The rights for blacks have never been protected by the courts you idiot. I gave you a specific example debunking that silly sht. Just because a right is granted on paper doesn’t mean that it’s being protected. On paper, blacks in America have supposedly been free citizens who’s rights were to be protected by the courts since 1866 with the 14th *********. At no point since 1866 have blacks enjoyed full equal protection under the law to eliminate the systematic oppression that ensures white supremacy, despite whatever laws/acts/bills supposedly passed to prevent the oppression. Laws are only as credible as the people enforcing them and whites are the people in charge of enforcement.
Do you know how many treaties that the natives signed with the whites who basically killed them off and stole their land? They signed hundreds maybe thousands of treaties with the natives.......then proceeded to break just about every last one of them lol.
