You’re not going to interract with too many folks on here who know who Holmes is and or have actually seen his fights. Knowledge of the history of the sport seems to be dying out on so called “boxing fans” of today. In his prime, 20 straight title defenses, 7 years straight successfully defending his title. He finally lost to Michael Spinks, but Holmes was 36 years old at that time. And some people thought he won both Spinks fights. He was just a ring technician and master.
