The fight will take place where Tank Davis wants it take place, not the other way around. Leo is not the a-side here.

Good enough to count in the win column.

No it's not. Rigo is literally fighting at 118 right now at age 40.

They were great fights. But he made those fights bc he had a big size advantage over both those guys & felt they were winnable fights for him. He & Frampton clearly avoided Rigo & to a much higher extent, GRJ(who he is still blatantly avoiding to this day all these years later despite him going above & beyond calling LSC out).

It did look bad with Rig. But not Groundhog Gary. He doesn’t even want to box. He just does it once a year during springtime and then disappears

Haymon ain't like Mayweather. Haymon got a ton of fighters, so he can afford to put them in & take a hit if there are any setbacks. Davis is Mayweather's only fighter of note so he has to protect his investment to a much higher extent. As for their resumes, they are pretty much the same. Neither guy has a great resume. LSC though has been around TWICE as long & been through TWICE as many weight classes & you can barely remember anybody he's fought. Personally don't think he wants this fight either. He's just bringing attention to himself since nobody really cares when he fights bc we all know he's not gonna fight anybody that's a real threat to him. It's as simple as that.

I feel ya. GRJ doesn't do himself any favors by popping up once a year then fighting fringe contenders/mandatories & then trying to talk himself into a big fight. But he's been calling out LSC since almost the beginning of the last decade & LSC swerves any talk of GRJ like the plague. They're both with Haymon so that promoter/manager stuff ain't a credible excuse here. He knows he gets battered from pillar to post if they ever fought.

See that's the problem I have as well. Call someone out then disappear to never be heard from again until the following year... This fight should of happened 2-3 years ago. Gary needs to be more active, fight more, and show up to Leo's fights and pull a Lara to Canelo stuff.
