Highly skilled lanky fighters have a huge advantage over other fighters. Tommy Hearns, Ray Leonard and Leo Santa Cruz come to mind.
Fighters with Best Physique For Boxing

I'm lucky to say not only did I meet my favorite all-time fighter in Leonard, but when I met him, he drew a picture of a glove, and inside the glove was a smiley and inside the smiley was his autograph. Best autograph ever. And I exchanged a couple emails with him about 10 years ago. A friend of mine who was a boxer who knew him gave me his personal email address. My friend knew I wouldn't abuse that privilege by sending him more than 2-3 emails. I also got a great email from Aaron Pryor's wife regarding some questions I have about Leonard and Aaron. I hope his wife held it together after Pryor passed. Pryor found spirituality many years before and was a great guy.
Great story and memories that will last foreverComment

Long arms can help with keeping your opponent away. And I suppose that long arms generate more power in a punch, because they have more speed.
Other than that, I’m not sure there is an ideal physique. Lots of muscle does not automatically mean a powerful punch. You can have a Bruce Lee physique and be a poor fighter. You can look Ruiz (overweight) and be pretty good.Comment

Mikey Garcia I find especially fascinating. At welterweight he looked, frankly, like a dad in his mid-30s. You’re clearly he hits hard and moves well. Truly muscle is not the determining factor in being affective.Comment

Floyd an overlooked shout. No freakish build
but his long arms are attached to a short torso with a strong core. Good for protecting against bodyshots.
Very thick neck and plenty of height for his size.
Bigger traps than usual absorbs shots better.Comment
