      Well...whoever smelt it, dealt it.

And always remember, whoever denied it! Supplied it...

90% are casuals, 9% are racists and 1% are humble purists who have dedicated their life to a full and deep understanding of the sweet science.

This 1% worship the Nigerian god of war AJ and follow his Instagram with the dedication of a scholar.

Know nothings who latch onto undefeated fighters like Ward and Mayweather are pretty annoying. They think hiding behind someone who keeps winning while touting that person as an ATG makes them look knowledgeable. Nah. I see through their faulty logic and straight into their shallow understanding of the sport. It’s written all over them and their posts on fighters elsewhere.

I think the more fans boxing has the better at whatever level of knowledge .Hence casuals bring in revenue as well.

Ive never boxed and wished I was good at it but I was probably a casual but in the last 2 years have got serious about the sport.Hence started to read more about the history ,read about all the fighters etc.

This is what I think too. Green K man.

Yes, and that's beautiful if you ask me. That's why those who come here with a forced "chip on my shoulder" attitude rather than exchanging opinions in civilized fashion look pathetic.

I don't know about casual. There are people who have been fans for over a decade, they talk on boxing forums, they do not miss fights, and they are not willing to put in any effort to learn anything that isn't already being pushed by some media source.

I don't know that, that, is a casual fan. Casual compared to me, but, how many fans actually put their money down to research a subject using source material? You've to be a fan-historian for that. I don't mean a good historian, just interested. On the physics end of it...omg, start talking physics on this forum and you will end up teaching grown men who have watched Newtonian physics most of their lives basic concepts they were meant to learn in elementary school....like 3-5 grade stuff. Can't tell you how many times I've been told striking a head doesn't force a head to strike a hand back....like the third law isn't a law but rather a suggestion. Thing is, are these non-scientific fans not boxing fans? Not hardcore fans? No, they are, they just are not science fans.

So are you casual because you put in no work to be anything extra? No, not really. If the money men are counting you as a statistic and betting on you buying a PPV because you always do, you support boxing and are not a casual fan.

Being knowledgeable does not make you not casual and inversely being ignorant is no measure of dedication. I could teach someone everything I ever learned inside a month. Most of you here have been fans longer than a month...it's just no measure.

And no matter what anyone says about my opinions, no one ever attacks my history because it's solid....as ****. I could teach it all to you inside a month and you could use it to back your own opinions....it doesn't make you more fan than you were prior though does it? You can take that knowledge and shut off your TV and just talk **** online.....not very hardcore boxing fan, more of a nut.

Anyway, I reckon most fans on forums are pretty hardcore fans that don't miss much, I also reckon they're mostly ignorant and absolutely fine with being told what boxing is rather than investigating for themselves.

I remember that the majority predicted Wilder would KO Fury ( lol) and complained Spence -Porter would be a mismatch ( looooool).
