People have died in their 20’s with no pre-existing health conditions. Crawford is either ignorant or just plain dumb in regards to this virus man, he needs to educate himself on it immediately.
He should definitely fight Texiera over Brook. Brook is shot and can’t healthily make 147.
Hopefully this Spence fight actually happens, both fighters genuinely want it IMO. Hopefully it can happen in 2021.Comment

You’re probably right, it would likely still do very well but it’s not as big as Fury-Wilder 2. Neither Spence or Crawford have the charisma of a guy like Fury or even Wilder to help promote and sell the fight.Comment

Yeah, I don't see that happening either. But Spence has pretty much done on par with Wilder on his two PPVs, minus of course the Fury rematch. If it does less than 500-600k buys, then it is a disappointment.
Dude legitimately made it seem like there is some conspiracy going on and this a hoax SMH. Young people have died from this virus and it can impact anyone. Bud is definitely acting very ignorant and flat out irresponsible.People have died in their 20’s with no pre-existing health conditions. The bad thing is he isn't alone. I've talked to people with the same sentiment and they seem stuck on believing it's exaggerated. It's crazy. They need to look at that procession of military vehicles in Italy carrying the corpses away to be cremated.Yeah, I don't see that happening either. Just thinking about it, if Spence manages to get a fight with Pacquiao that could be massive in establishing him as a PPV draw and in turn would grow the Crawford fight. Hopefully Bob can pull a rabbit out the hat and get Crawford a legit opponent for 2020, I love the idea of Crawford-Porter.Yeah, I don't see that happening either. I lot my casual friends were genuinely interested in Fury-Wilder, I’m not sure Spence-Crawford will have that same kind of reach. It’s the fight I most want to see in boxing though.
Yeah it’s crazy man, at first I had my reservations about the seriousness of this virus but it’s clearly a matter of global urgency now. It’s killed near 10,000 over here around double that in the US I think and then over a 100k worldwide. I don’t think Bud is the brightest spark tbh, luckily for him he’s a genius between the ropes though...😂Comment

Agreed on all points. Virus can definitely impact younger people too but it's not as common and usually involves underlying medical conditions. My friend works as an RN at the community hospital and said they have three people under the age of 40 that needed to be put in ICU. Two of them fully recovered but there was one death. The one that died had no underlying conditions but came a bit too late to the hospital.
While the elderly are going to be the ones being hit the hardest, Crawford is wrong in thinking those young and healthy can't be impacted by the virus. And while Crawford or his kids may be fine, they can potentially give the virus to Bud's mom or grandparents and they may not be as lucky.
Gotta specifically watch for SOB and fever as they can indicate infection/pneumonia which is ultimately the killer in this virus
And the quarantine is exactly as you stated..to stop the spread. So its definitely negligence on TCs part but most of the time boxers arent the smartest people in the room..Comment

Fugh me , go figure
You’d think people like him , who are some sort of celebrity, would actually have the right attitude towards all this chit
Or even the right explanation to what this virus really is
Even if one of his fans were to listen to his thinking , that’s just wrong as a wholeComment

Yeah, I mean a younger person who is healthy is going to have a much better chance of beating the virus. But thing we don't know is the long term effects of the virus. Too early to tell on that. Another thing, a person may think they are healthy, but they can have a potential irregular heartbeat or issues like they that they weren't aware of. Depends on how often a person takes their physical and does blood tests.Agreed on all points. Oh for sure. My work is considered essential so I've still been going but it is amazing how many, including fairly older people are not taking this serious. I've probably used more hand sanitize in the last month than I have in the last four years combined LOL.
Yeah, casuals definitely know Wilder/Fury more than Spence/Crawford. I still think they need to do over 500k buys or else it is a bad look. And will ESPN/FOX continue doing co-PPVs with that low of a buy rate? I mean I guess it depends on the digital buys as they count more for those networks but they will have to look hard in if all the promotion they do is worth or it or not.Just thinking about it, if Spence manages to get a fight with Pacquiao that could be massive in establishing him as a PPV draw and in turn would grow the Crawford fight. For sure, and it is actually pretty obvious to see when someone takes over Bud's twitter since you just know it isn't him posting LOL. Most of these boxers are like this. They can fight their a$$ off, but definitely not the brightest. It was just very reckless in what Crawford was saying. And not sure what kind of answers he is looking for from the government?
Yeah, I think overall most do take this serious but definitely not something you want to hear from a celebrity. Mannix seemed a bit perplexed and didn't really know what to say. Hopefully Crawford smartens up and understands the severity of the virus.Fugh me , go figure

Especially since African Americans are dying at almost twice the rate.Yeah, I mean a younger person who is healthy is going to have a much better chance of beating the virus.
