ANDY, MIKEY, CHAVEZ JR AND FLOYD ALL LEFT THIS BITTER MAN BOB AND WENT TO AL HAYMON LMFAO... CRAWFRAUD IS THE ONLY STAR DUMB ENOUGH TO STICK WITH BOB AND FIGHT BUMS HIS WHOLE CAREER...
Arum at 88 is soo jealous he dogs an old client on world wide media. That shows what TR is all about. Themselves. Can't belive how butthurt that promoter gets. If he is going to take things that personal he should take care of his fighters and look out for their best interest. As the fighters are trusting him too. Unfortunately matchroom is picking up on these selfish manuvers. Just ask the most recent champ to get thouroughly robbed "Daniel Roman"!
You may be right but is that not the same as EVERY promoter? Any promoter who drops a fighter who then goes on to fight in a huge profile match that rakes in millions is always upset and trying to figure out ways to justify their blunder. Arum is dead wrong here, no way Pulev is a better boxer than Ruiz was. He's stiff as a board and will get KO'd like all the average european fighters AJ flattened on his way to the top.
Every promoter is self centered and up their own ass. That's their job. Danny Roman wasn't robbed either, he was outboxed and he robbed TJ Doheny before that (even had a clear legit KD ruled out) so that's a dumb point. His fault he takes about 5 punches to land three body shots.
Exactly! I appreciate the objectivity. Most posters on here have one promoter they lick the butt of daily and other promoters who they rag on daily in a pathetic, deluded attempt to match their own bias opinions. I watch boxing for the boxers. The promoters are secondary.
How does that have anything to do with anything?
You must not be very confident in your sexuality to feel the need to make irrelevant, ****phobic comments. I'm not gay but I couldn't care less about what gays do in their own homes. **** whoever you want to ****. It makes no difference to me.
Well, if relevance is your concern, maybe focus your comment on something relevant to boxing. Let the man be a ****phobe. Most people still are. If you love the gays, fine, but this thread is about boxing. What is your opinion about Bob Arum's comments about Pulev being better than Andy Ruiz?
Maybe, but Pulev doesn't have the quick hands and combos that Ruiz does. Say what you want about the man, he's not that good, but Ruiz has quick hands and sharp counters. He fought the best fight of his life to beat Joshua.

I genuinely couldn't give a **** who's promoting a card as long as it has some good fights to watch on it I'm fine. I wanna see skilled dudes scrapping so I can learn more about this sport I already love so much. This fanboying of promotional companies is far and away the most pathetic thing to be doing as a boxing fan. Grow and enjoy the sport, not the out of ring bull**** drama.

Yep...Joshua's weakness was exposed by the ref in the Joseph Parker fight.
Fast counter punching on the inside.
It was Parkers calling card though was never allowed to be played against Joshua.
The ref in the first Ruiz fight let Andy do just that, resulting in AJ quitting in his corner. Quite simply the ref wasn't helping Joshua how he wanted and how he had come to expect.
In the rematch, Joshua went back to the game plan he used to beat Parker, run and not get caught up trying to fight inside.
Pulev being stronger and better than is arguable, but what he is not is faster or as durable as either Ruiz or Parker.
Still, if Pulev can land inside to AJ's glass jaw and the ref doesnt give in to Joshua's pleading eyes for assistance, there's a good chance Arum could be right.
I'm still picking AJ by KO though, between rounds 5 and 7.
