The guy will be a terrible trainer. Being trainer is a full-time job and you have be all about your fighter. Mayweather is narcisstic billionaire practically and would never want to deal with the day-in and day-out grind of training a fighter. More cheap headlines for attention for the biggest attention whore in sports' history.

Well, 1: he's got knowledge and insights second to no one, 2: he's got a work ethic second to no one, 3: he's been to the top and knows what's required to get there so he's not likely going to waste his time with someone who doesn't have the attributes to get there.

Floyd may not ultimately train the next Floyd Mayweather (too many variables outside of his direct control), but I am fairly certain that whoever he commits to working with will be cut from the same cloth. Floyd has too much pride to be that closely associated with anyone less. I could see him training and then dumping plenty of guys who just don't meet his high standards.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. as a trainer, now that is something I am looking forward. The man is serious about his ambition, hope Mayweather Jr. have success as a trainer and produce fighters of his caliber now and then.
