I mean winning a fringe WBO title DOES NOT count.. specially when u consider that he won WBO title in 1990 when WBO only started in like 88. 2 years is not enuff to make any title LEGIT imo. and If u ask some school guyz , i think they still dont consider wbo a proper title.


So imo the best boxer who never won a world title has to be Chris eubanks(Im srry juyjuy ..

For some reason I thought Bomber Graham picked one up.

I can see it now - Bomber comes out of retirement to face Jeff Lacy for the vacant IBF title and goes 11 rounds, 2 minutes and 59 seconds without Lacy laying a glove on him.. then Boom. Lacy KO Graham.
