both cheapo&cheato promised knockouts in the 1st & 2nd fights i had TripleGGG winning both. alvarez was juiced to the gills in both fights

It will be good for GGG. He will get his last big payday. But it is too late for trilogy. I think it will make very few number of PPV compared to previous. It is clear that Canelo will win. No chance for GGG. GGG is 38 already. He is done.

Honestly I think this fight is going down for two reasons
1 Dazn has way to much money invested in both these guys , this fight whether good or not will let them save face after figuring out this was a mistake in whole
2 Canelo and his team saw GGG was pretty much done and are fed up of all the chatter , so take the , try to ko him and it’s a win win for them ( really doubt Canelo loses )

Yes, you're almost certainly right on both points. I just hope Alvarez is motivated enough to prepare and make weight properly. Although the odds would appear in his favour, Golovkin is no "walkover".

I don't think #2 is true.

Canelo has no interest in Golovkin anymore and has moved on. But DAZN is likely insisting on it so he has no choice.

Yes that is the only possibility for a KO that I can see. I still think a (wide) UD is more likely.

Not a big accomplishment at this juncture. He should have done it in the first 2 fights when Gennady at least wasn't forty and slower. It'll be another fight that looks good on the record but when examined clearly will have less meaning. Kinda like the "devastating" championship performance where all the titles shifted to money maker of boxing.
