Please video record the moment one of your friends thinks it's a good idea to confront Mike Tyson in the street and provoke him into a fight. That will be the ass-beating of all ass-beatings, that probably won't take much more than a punch or three before it is over.

Boxers are punchers. That's all they can do. Avoiding it is easy, just dive for the legs.
      Omfg you're an idiot.

They would not get close enough to get him on the ground. Tyson is so ridiculously fast, explosive and powerful that this is not even a valid conversation.

Are people forgetting a prime mike tysons foot and punch speed and timing it would take someone special to get close enough to "shoot" at mike tyson without taking a vicious right uppercut and even if they took it and it went to the floor theyd be disorientated and would get their eyes gouged out ans face eaten off

        Its ****ing mike tyson

Plus tyson is very small in height youd have to shoot extremely low to get to his knees ,cant imagine closing that distance with an awlward shoot without taking a bomb

99% of Tyson's fights the opponents were able to initiate clinches. Tyson or any other boxer can't grapple or stop it. LOL "too fast" then why was Tyson easily held and man handled by every opponent?

And by boxers who can't grapple for shit. a wrestler who knows what he's doing? Forget it, it's like child's play. Teenage wrestlers would beat him in a real fight.

The issue is that you don't understand that Buster was FAR from an 'average joe'. Not sure what you're missing here.

The truth hurts. Boxers are punchers, not fighters. And Tyson is one of the p4p weakest grapplers I have ever seen in boxing.

It's still like 2006 here, still the myth "a boxer would land a punch right before he gets taken down!" that helps you sleep at night.

Grapplers arent fighters either just good at grappling. All fights start standing, remember that.

All grapplers are capable of ground and pound which is striking. If you can subdue someone on the ground you can pound them with your fists. They're fighters.

Boxers are unfortunately the most one-dimensional of all legit combat sports.
