There is a video of an average person with a little boxing experience getting in the ring with an old man of at least 65 years of age and gets absolutely destroyed. It turns out that the old man was a boxing champ back in his day. Now, imagine the same scenario with not only a younger version of a world champion, but a bigger pure savage named Mike Tyson.

Let's put it this way: Tyson would KO you and all of your friends together with whiffs from his old man punches.

We argue about stuff like this all the time when we are smoking weed. It's nothing new. I just thought that this argument in particular was interesting because some of the guys actually thought that they would be a live dog with adrenaline and confidence. As I have previously stated, they brought up Buster Douglas and even though he was not an average Joe, he was still a very long shot to the point where Vegas was not taking any money at all on him. Everyone saw it as a joke fight and that he had no chance. But through pure willpower, determination, heart, and confidence, he beat the count and put Tyson on his ass soon after.

You are so dumb,i used to box and im 5'11 and i was say a strong 160 at the time,i hit a lot harder than anyone else my weight at the gym and we used to train with a 6'7 heavyweight who was about 250 lbs basically the size of wladimir but not as ripped but similar stature and we used to toughen up his body with punches and you cant make a dent in them,theyd rag doll an average man if they wanted

In a fair fight size and weight mean a lot in both are squaring off

However i can see people maybe posting a gif of a small man koing a big man,but half of these wjll be against people whom dont see it coming or are just not fighters

On another note i used to spar with good smaller fighters at the gym aswell and they couldnt make a dent in me if i gave them a free shot

Okay, so are you telling me that you don't understand the gulf in skill, experience and physicality there is between your friends and Buster Douglas? Please tell me that's not what you're telling me. If he was a 40-1 underdog to Tyson then, your friends would be worse of an underdog to Buster Douglas today!

You should and your friends should do a proper backround check on that fight,im pretty sure it was a career best preformance by douglas,came in the lightest he had in years with extreme motivation..

The douglas that fought tyson on that night would have been a trouble for any champion in history he just never lived up to his abilities as he gained about 20lbs for his next fight against eveander

He had no motivation but from facing tyson and his father passing he put everything into his training for tyson

Douglas is angreat fighter and that douglas would have blewn todays heavyweights away easily

I'm just saying that even though Buster was a huge Underdog, anything is possible is what the argument was about. And if Buster Douglas could do it, so could the average Joe.
