You act like Pacquiao doesn't have wealth outside of boxing, that man owns thousands of hectares of land in the Philippines, hell i got put in the millionaires tax bracket in CA because of the fact that I own 155 hectares in the Philippines (my actually income is only mid 6 figure) didn't stop CA from using US market value per sq ft when they assessed my value.

Pacquiao has alot more wealth then people know.

Wilders decision also gave AJ the loss to Ruiz had he agrreed that fight never happens but a fighter like AJ doesnt decline he gets better ,Wilder is looking as someone on ther verge of going outside the top 5 spot , AJ , Fury ,Hrgovic ,Usyk all defeat him .
Not true, the DAZN deal was going to see Wilder fighting Breazeale first and AJ fight Miller fight before they face off vs each other. They weren't going to face each other right away.

That was one of the all time worst career decisions when you put a monetary value on it. He was never going to be tied to DAZN...they were offering him a 3 fight deal with no options, and open to all possibilities including a one off fight deal. But let's argue that you're right...since when is fighting for the highest paying distributor a bad thing? He wins the Joshua fight, he becomes the face of DAZN with Canelo...not Joshua. It was a ****** decision brought on by stubbornness and his handlers own self interests.

It was a terrible call, whichever way you cut it. He made half the money, and he only made that much because he got a gift in the first fight.

But you don't turn down that kind of money.
            Take it.
Eddie & Deontay would probably get along well.
Win or lose, they were going to offer him an extension.
His KO ratio, fundamentally sound or not, is very marketable.
I was shocked & upset when I read he turned it down out of loyalty.

you need to check your source

Wilder said he turned down the DAZN offer because of dishonesty

Skipper refused to open the books and disclose how much Joshua would be paid

Wilder said if they don't want to be honest, there is no decision to make

So he was holding out for more?

Now in hindsight, that was real bright, wasn't it?

he took less money. that's honestly ******. i need to know how much the more popular guy is making! then what? you would be fine with it? no he wouldn't because he had been running his mouth about 50-50 all along. he had to find an out somehow to appease his small fanbase so he didn't look bad after saying one champ and all that crap. then when hes offered a huge payday for much more than he could make anywhere(proof of this is look how much he made with pbc) he goes running and digs up fat coked up(his words) fury off of some uk undercards.

He couldn't have predicted it - especially Joshua losing to Ruiz. That really took out a lot of options from under him. The Fury rematch a lot of people saw coming through. He was truly getting his ass kicked all over the ring in the 1st fight and was wobbly at times.

Both AJ and Wilder f'd up big time. Should have done the unification fight 2 years ago when it was as hot as Canelo-G.

don't do false equivalencies. one guy was offered 100 million dollars and said no thanks i dont trust you!!! then made like half that instead against worse fighters(at the time)
