Actually Spence Jr. fought Samuel Vargas in his 16th fight also, Errol didn't fight Algieri until his 20th fight homeboy. Like I said you just a hater of Vergil Ortiz and it sounds like all Mexican American fighters.

Vergil should have had a fight last week - hopefully he had a tough sparring session to finish up and pretended like he had the fight and takes the same amount of time off and resumes training again. He probably didn't need that fight/opponent - he can continue to become a better WW; right now he's pretty slim, even tho the WW's aren't that big right now outside of Spence, he's can still fill in more... a little more "armour" wouldn't hurt. Really excited about him, can't wait to see his return.

It was Spence's 16th fight and Vargas had one loss at the time but his resumé was also even worse. It's a nothing fight for either man, just filler.

Ah now Ortiz knocked out Mauricio Herrera, Antonio Orozco and Brad Solomon. None of those are bums but not great either but he is the only guy to have knocked any of them out. They're stepping stones and Ortiz has looked good against them. He clearly has potential, let's wait and see where it goes.
