I think Wilder would win by KO. RuiZ was really a lousy champion and a very dirty fighter. He was terrible to watch because all he did was wrestle and hold and hit. he wasn't hard to hit and if Wilder can land the straight right he will knock guys out as he has done so often.

Wilder easily. Ruiz doesn't really have anything in his arsenal to trouble Wilder. Bad match-up for Huggy bear. Wilder would take his head off inside three rounds.

Ironically, all the time spent in threads dealing with Andy Ruiz I often had to edit my posts because I kept writing "John Ruiz"...

Anyhow, I've changed my opinion then: Wilder inside two minutes. If David Tua did it in 30 seconds, Wilder takes just a little more.

Incidentally, what has become of Norman Stone?
Tua did it in 19 seconds bro!!

Golota took a half step back and landed a right over a predictable jab that Ruiz fell in behind. Wilder would do the same thing but keep him down. He’s wide open to that counter from a taller fighter.
