I actually believe the '****** culture' was a result of the civil rights movement - before then Black Americans raised families, worked, went to church etc.

Since the introduction of welfare, the family unit was lost, families were incentivised to NOT have a father at home As a result, young black males were raised full of anger, momma love and negative attitude.

What is “white culture”? Black Americans are the most loyal Americans of any ethnic group in America by far. We are the only ethnic group that has fought for America in every war while also never having waged war against America.
