No it’s not.
It could be self defense.
It could be an accident.
It could be manslaughter or whatever. It could be a lot of things dummy.
When charges are made against somebody, everything is taken into account.
Events prior to the incident, levels of emotion that could’ve played a role in the incident, such as fear, anger, etc. If somebody attacks someone due to fear of being attacked themselves, that changes the charge completely.
