For these months where they have no live boxing or other sports to show?
Is DAZN going to refund customers their money?

I cant see refunds but for me The decent thing would be to add whatever time period is passed onto existing contracts/terms..
However I suspect companies like DAZN will point to the small print where there's no obligation for anything in terms of refund should things not happen due to something out of there control...
What will be certain is they will use this awful period in history to there own advantage and throw out sob stories to try justifying the rises in subscription fees once things are back up and running..... -

And also, if you are paying the 10 bucks a month, when you resume, you will not have the rate raised to 20 bucks a month which is what happens if you cancel. I selected May 31 to resume....optimistically.Last edited by richardt; 04-04-2020, 01:12 PM.Comment

Dang,is that right?!...never knew that, thanks for the heads up....event if they dont offer refunds,as long as they come back with some deep meaningful fights/cards it's all good, innit gonna cry over $25 for the 3 month hiatus at no fault of their own.Originally posted by richardtGuys, just go in and select "Pause" on your account and billing will stop and then billing will restart on the date you select in the Pause menu.Comment

Well damn, wish you would have told us earlier! Lol, I canceled last week or the week before as I was under the impression that the rate automatically goes to $20 dollars a month if you were on the $10 dollars a month grandfathered plan. But no biggie, will just sign up for the year plan once boxing is back up and running.Comment
