Found it! It was Camacho Jr vs Jesse James Leija. It was a close fight but there was a clash of heads in teh 5th round. The doctor took a look and said Camacho could continue but Jr protested about not being able to see. In the confusion, the scores were tallied and Camacho Jr won.

However, that decision was later overturned when technically, it was Camacho Jr who refused to continue, even though he could have. So in that respect, Jesse James Leija should have won the fight. But instead, the decision was turned into No Contest.

All I can say is WOW! Damn, thats big news for the sport. This will set legal precedent in overturning the verdicts of fights. I really didn't think that they would come to this conclusion, but its big news for the Johnson camp.

I still believe that if Johnson can somehow find his way down to 230, he can be a serious contender for the title. He has a world of skills, but sometimes lacks the motivation and focus. The reason being, of course, that he has been able to make millions without really accomplishing anything. If he can come in decent shape, he's fast, punches hard, and has the saavy to beat any of the top heavyweights.

from rading the posts it doesent seem that mant of you actually saw this fight.

before johnson slipped he was fading badly, he had won the first three or four rounds easily but he was falling apart fast before he slipped and got hurt.

its fine with me thats its ruled an NC cause he was surely ahead at the time he fell, but i can tell you from watching there was a very real possibility he was gonna lose that fight had it continued.

on a sidenote, johnson should just give up, hes already gone as far as he could go and based on his pitiful performances in his biggest opps i dont think too may hardcore fans want to see him

boxing is just about the only sport in the world where an outcome can later be overturned, and I think it's bull****. unless there is foul play involved (like steroids), a decision should stand. NFL and NCAA referees admit they ****ed up every season, but the winner is never changed to the loser. take the Louisville vs. West ******ia football game last year (if you saw it). Louisville is up 7 after West ******ia just scored. West ******ia attempts an onside kick, hitting the UofL player who is about to catch the ball before the ball sails the necessary length. West ******ia gets the ball, scores, and wins in overtime. The referees apologized the next day, but the decision still stands. **** Kirk Johnson and **** the referee that made that call in the first place.

boxing needs to use instant replay to avoid fighters getting screwed over by this kind of thing, not court cases. all this does is open the doors for the Wladimir Klitschko's of the world to continue fighting more in court than in the ring.
