Because this was not about overturning judges' overall desicion over a fight but more about circumstances pertaining to the condition of the ring. The corner was wet and slippery and nothing was done about it. Refs have to call time out to clean up the mess since this could be dangerous to all three people in the ring and could alter or interfere with the fight.

In this case, it caused an injury not by the opponent but by the water on the canvas.

It's been done before. I think it happened in one of Camacho Jr's fight where thre result was turned into a ND or No Contest.

i have never seen something like that before. There is no way he deserved to lose that fight.
