There's a law that says you have to file taxes.

When you file, if you understand deductions, you can end up paying zero taxes. Especially when you're a business.

Floyd gets paid as a business. He doesn't have to pay taxes if he doesn't take a personal salary. IRS would never know if it's an LLC.

Now, where they'll get him (eventually) is, he would have to say he owns nothing in his own name. But the IRS is not aggressive going after businesses like they are individuals.
