Pacquiao in his 40s and still fighting is very much appreciated now

Crazy, Marg had damn near 20 lbs. on PAC and 5-6 inches in height.

    PAC walks around at 145-150.
    He doesn’t cut much weight.

    And PAC decimated him.

I wholeheartedly agree 100 percent that the fight should have been stopped. What was he was trying to prove out there by taking a beating from Manny Pacquiao; Machismo? Just take a good look at what it done. It cost him both his marriage and boxing career.

        Ref should’ve stopped it.
        Mexican fighters won’t quit.

Back then, it was the greatest achievement just surviving 12 rounds against Manny.

I think trainer Robert G. was pretty stubborn back then (Not to mention an awful ref)

Edit: The ref was Laurence Cole!!! The p4p worst ref in boxing history!! Didn't care about Barrera or Margarito's well-being!!

It was pretty cool of Manny when he decided during the championship rounds to just let Margarito finish all 12.

When a man speaks like this it is truly over.

Margarito has been open and speaking honestly here lately. That goes a long way with the public as far as forgiveness goes.

Great fighter and great PR move to just accept the narrative of just being outgunned by the greater fighter ATG legend Manny Pacquiao.

                  MAYBE!
Would’ve been a completely different fight though that’s for sure. Maybe a Floyd SD.
PAC would’ve been so much more ferocious and aggressive.

                  Floyd smart. He waited.

Margarito had a better chance of beating.. Floyd which is why he ducked him...if Floyd fought margarito he would be 49-1 today

                      What is happening to Margarito?

What is happening to Margarito ultimately? He is speaking like someone I never see before. He is getting mature and wise or something like that? or have some regrets?

The part I understand is that he have regrets for fighting Paquiao to the distance, costing his eye in the process when his trainer was preoccupied for him to stop the fight. I know the heart of a warrior is difficult to stop from himself.
