One of the most ridiculous things i heard from casuals, fanboys and even from hardcore fans alike is “floyd is older than manny though” lmaaaaaaaaooo.

Funny thing is you even have to explain to hardcore fans too that offensive styled fighters tend to age faster in this sport as their ability to swarm and overwhelm their opponents lessens even with little decline in athleticism, speed and stamina.
It is proven throughout history.

It is also proven that defensive styled fighters ages gracefully or better than offensive ones as they have conservative style, which does not rely on athleticism alone. If they are throwing 500 punches in their primes they can still throw 500 at 40.
