    LOL, that aint why................

Forrest won rounds 3, 4, 5, 7, and 9 even though he was deducted 1 point for the low blow in the 9th round.

I scored I think....6 an even round and my card came to a draw.

yeah, one of the things i seriously disagreed on Lederman's card was the 10-8 round after the penalty, i still thought Forrest won the round, making it 9-9.. since when does a fighter win the round simply because he's hit low?

It's really just a case of the fight being close.

If you took the round I scored even on my card....and scored it for Forrest, you'd have the same winning score that was on Weisfeld and Lathan's scorecards. 95-94.

I was in no ****ing way biased....either.

The crowd was really impressed by Ike making a "PFFT" noise.

My trainer use to train Forrest a long time ago, and recently before his Rios fight. I asked him tonight who he thought won and he said I love Forrest but he didnt win that fight. COMING FROM HIS TRAINER!

want more proof that it's possible to be blinded by commentary?

While television commentator Harold Lederman’s scorecard was 97-92 for Quartey, other ringside observers had it much closer. ESPN.com’s Dan Rafael and *********.com both had it 95-94 for Quartey, so without the ninth-round point deduction from Forrest, they would have scored it a draw.

BTW, i also had the fight much closer but in Ike's favor as well. Just going to show that a fight might be alot different (I.E. Wright-Taylor) without the audio of commentator's opinions.

i never watch HBO with the volume on, those guys make me sick listening to them and their bias comentating. and i scored the fight for Quratey. i had him winning by 2 rounds easy. Quartey's punches were sharper he was walking Forrset down, who i thought Forrest looked very insecure and was fighting in a fleeing manner. i also thought that Forrset was taken out of his fight plan as well as, he wasn't connecting like Ike was. a large portion of Forrest's punches were hitting Ike's arms and gloves.

where as Ike was not throwing as much but his shots counted, at least to me and the majority of people watching the fight. he damn near landed half of his punches thrown and his punches had more mustard on them. Forrest had one good shot and that was the uppercut that Ike didn't see that had him stunned for a second. but at the same time Ike made a good account of himself in overcoming that moment of being stunned.

all in all it was a semi close fight but in the end all be all of things Quartey got the ****ty end of the stick and Forrest got a gift. i think that Forrest should give a rematch to Quartey, i know he isnt and doesnt want too, but he should and after this fight they might be able to sell more the second time around.

                      Quartey won on my card.
