Look at the poll, it is very clear that Castillo was ROBBED, and when I say ROBBED I mean ROBBED! If you still disagree, then you must be a fu**ing idiot!
No, it just means they're not blind. To suggest that Castillo might've won isn't bad. I scored it for Mayweather, as many others have as well. However, the fight was very close and could've gone either way... thus, it does not constitute a "robbery." SO please, shut the **** up.

Look at the punch stats, Castillo landed more, landed the harder shots, with that right there, how did he lose? No point deductions, no knockdowns, so how did he lose? He was ROBBED!

Thank you. Regardless of who you feel won the fight... remain objective. A close fight that goes differently than how you scored it is not a robbery. A robbery is where a clear majority score the fight for one fighter and the decision goes to the other. The Brinkley-Bonsante rematch on ESPN was a robbery. Watch that fight and then tell me Mayweather-Castillo I was a robbery or even more recently watch Urango-Ben Rabah that was a robbery.

Actually both were deducted points in the fight.

Maybe you were unaware, but the way scoring is conducted in a round-by-round fashion... not the whole punchstats when the fight is over. It's nice to see you're trying though.

Because punchstats aren't how fights are scored. Each round is a fight in and of itself. Now I don't have the punchstats handy but Castillo seemed to gain the advantage after the 5th round of the fight. Early on Mayweather was winning the early rounds just not as dominantly as Castillo controlled the later rounds. In the end, the fighter who won more rounds wins regardless of who was more dominant in the rounds they won. If you have a problem with this kind of decision then take it up with the scoring of professional boxing. Maybe you think that Castillo should have won some of the later rounds 10-8. Anyhow the point is that you can win a punchstat battle and lose a fight. That is what happened in Jermain Taylor-Hopkins I also.

There is no doubt Castillo won on the first fight.

I think he deserved to win but there are still alot of people who felt Mayweather deserved to win. There for how can you call it a robbery.

Fights aren't scored on final punchstat numbers.

Castillo did very, very little in the first 5 ronds. Mayweather would stick a jab in his face, and a right hand, then make Castillo chase him. There wasn't much action, but Mayweather was cearly winning those rounds.

The fight didn't pick up until round 6, where for the most part Castillo was a very busy fighter on the inside landing a lot of shots (even though a lot of them were also blocked).

That's why the Punch stat numbers look like they do, because when Floyd won the rounds -- there wasn't a lot of punching. When Castillo won the rounds -- there was a **** load of punching.

Like I said, that's why fights are scored by the ROUND. Not who lands the most punches overall.

Personally I gave rounds: 1,2,3,4,5,9,11 for Mayweather.
