Ortiz, Chisora, Pov, and Briggs should fight one another in a single elim tourney for an old man belt.

If only Ruiz was in shape this would be a great fight

Swap Ruiz for Briggs and I like the idea of a tourney. Winner gets a shot at the champ.

" I prefer to always fight against people with marksmanship and not those who are below my level."

If only we had a ranking system that would determine this..............

I would not mind watching this fight. Ruiz needs another lesson in humility.

There is no excuse for Ruiz not taking the fight unless he's purposely avoiding it.

I do believe “tune-ups” are not actually necessary and more of an excuse to put off more potential career crippling fights.

I mean, how many “tune-ups” has Crawford had already? Yeezus Christ.

Worst decision I ever seen worse then DW refusing the 100 million cause he made 20 million with fury plus the rematch . Ortiz’s top pay was 1 million I think , I don’t know how his team ducked the up .
I think Haymon had to pay Ortiz 7 million or whatever to match the AJ fight . Ortiz has a better chance to defeat Wilder ,looking back not as bad a decision as turning down 100 million for undisputed on the line like Wilder did .

Ruiz beat the unified heavyweight champ of the world, then lost the rematch. He's a slob; he should be in better shape; he threw away a great achievement all too easily. But at least he achieved something big.

                    What has Ortiz actually achieved?

The most notable things the man has done in the last few years are:

                    lose to Wilder twice
turn down an offer to fight at MSG for three belts and millions and millions of dollars

                    These are not achievements.

Old men will never get a belt.

Yeah, actually, you ain't wrong. I wrote that tongue-in-cheek making fun of the oldens, but, that'd be a nice tournament.
