I wont be surprised if this fight even comes off . Iam not convinced that arum wants lopez to fight Loma this early . But that's just my two cents . I would hope if the virus postpones it any longer that they reschedule and dont scrap the matchup . Altho I think If it ends up being postponed too long teo will have a tougher time making 35 I know they have been saying for about a year now that a move up in weight is going to happen asap . I hope we dont miss out on this, because this is prolly the last chance for it to happen,I dont think Loma would scrap lopez if he doesnt have a strap and I dont see Loma moving up to 140 unless it's the perfect ( very winnable ) matchup for a belt .
but lopez is giving loma EVERYTHING! what that actually means is unclear. is loma forcing him to wear pillow gloves floyd style? if so yeah thats a pretty big demand. Not sure what else there is. ring size? k thats something if true. weight? its a 135 title fight. i mean what else is there. people love to make something out of standard issue things. its like a baseball player saying "we let the other team use bats and gloves and everything!" wow you are so kind! you gave them everything!

From what I see he is just demanding the fight be in NY but If it isnt who cares , just fight . However iam not so sure why Loma doesnt want to fight him in NY that's the most logical place for the fight, lopez has a following there , and neither are gonna draw to much anywhere else , it makes sense from every angle. I guess as I break it down they are both kind of being divas haha . One is demanding the fight in his home town , while the other seems to be saying no just for the sake of " iam the A side u cant make demands to me " all in all this fight needs to happen next whenever this virus clears up . Or it's never going to happen which Is a shame .

I’m siding with Loma here. He’s the top fighter, Lopez called HIM out. Why should Loma fight him in his hometown?

I think Lomachenko is gonna win, but I an rooting for Lopez due to him being latino and from NYC. But i’m not delusional, i’m not gonna side with Lopez on everything. Lomachenko should get the fight in the Ukraine and Lopez needs to deal with it cause he’s the one rushing for that ass whooping that Lomachenko is gonna give him. Loma is not the thirsty ass fighter calling him out.

basically thats it. lt would be nice if loma agreed to fight in NY but lopez only wanting to fight in NY should tell you how important it is to him. some droolers on here saying "ITS NOT AN ADVANTAGE!" then why does lopez want it so bad?

You give Lopez a ton of credit for a novice/rookie.

Don’t get me wrong, Lopez even as a green fighter, is better than Crolla, Linares, Campbell. A step up from those weaklings for sure.

But what makes Lopez better, P4P, than Rigondeaux? Look, i’ll be the first to say, Rigo was way too small. But Lopez being bigger doesn’t make him a better win.

We still don’t know if Lopez is just about as good as Nicholas Walters or Jose Pedraza. Or worse. The jury is still out and a win over Commey doesn’t make him some one who other fighters need to beat to show they’re legit.

It’s actually Lopez who needs to show he is legit by beating more top fighters.

If there's a fight that would bring him more notoriety, it would be a schooling of Tank Davis, not Lopez. Loma is fighting Lopez because the latter finally grabbed a belt from Commey. Otherwise, IMO Loma had little interest in Teo.

Lopez called Loma out repeatedly now whining about not getting home-field advantage?

                    This makes zero sense

Loma is indeed a diva and a liar who lied about no knowing about the franchise belt that was given to him. I don't have much respect for guys like him.
