I guess I find some truth in your sentiments, as the old practical Proverb goes ' There is no honor among thieves. '. We are advised to not place our trust in deceitful and dishonest people ( the Fury's ). Martin Carefoot was misguided by Gypsy-John or Peter Fury, Mr. Carefoot surely was only trying to help Tyson and Hughie, I believe he did not understand how serious this mistake was.

The BBBofC have acknowledged that Christian Hammer was cheated by Tyson Fury in their WBA-WBO title eliminator for Klitschko. Not only did Tyson Fury abuse steroids but he also tampered with his glove before his bout with Hammer.

Fury didn't get busted for doping "with his rematch with Wlad"

The only thing he tested positive for was *******, which VADA took no action over because coke is a recreational drug, not a PED.

Fury was tested multiple times by VADA while training for that fight and was completely clean of all PEDs.

Another aspect of the context here is that Fury wants to grab a couple more big paydays in the next 12 months, and then retire. If that’s his plan, he can’t let this or that allegation bog down the big plan.

So you’re right that it’s not a good look, but I think he’s trying to be practical. If he had 10 more years of boxing ahead of him, then he might be more motivated to contest the allegations - even in a dishonest way - but opening his mouth now won’t help the situation at all, and can only serve to derail the “2 more fights” plan.

I agree and understand which may very well prove to be true. However, it does seem like he is hiding something.

The author of this article ( Ron Lewis ) suggest that there is a chance that Tyson Fury would get stripped of the WBC HW title, not on the basis of his failed doping test for steroids in 2015, but on the grounds of bribery and subvergence according to Martin Carefoot's revelation to the media -- which creates a new case against Tyson Fury. Further, Ron Lewis explained that the BBBofC have some influence with the WBC as they are 'members' of all four sanctioning bodies.
