after losing to marg and then taking a beating from a much smaller pacquiao... i think cotto had enough lol!!! he didnt really voice his demands early on and was pretty much ok with whatever offer that was presented to him and after those fights, i think he felt that he should start making demands of his own instead of saying yes.
