The guy talking about Sweet Pea was a Floyd fan in the Sweet Pea or Floyd thread so that probably explains his viewpoint.
Most likely an agenda as he's a new alt.

Idk why these guys can't just like more than 1 guy or give anyone else credit. Weird bunch of dudes.

I take Bunema out of the equation and looked at what I saw in the sexy one....he was the goods young enough, not injured, that guy could have avoided the power punching of GGG and won a points victory against GGG.

Prime martinez would have beaten canelo and GGG easy.

Easy? Prime Martinez still had his flaws man. Elite fighters like Canelo and GGG would have at least gave him a scare or two.

I dont think it would be that competitive i see GGG, canelo and Jacob's all a step below sergio at 160.

I think the Martinez who beat pavlik could have beaten GGG . Not sure it would go that way but I would pick up albeit not to confidently . Ggg at his best was a monster just a shame he never fought anyone great until he showed signs of decline . That will forever taint his legacy and his chances in mythical matchups imo . Him and martinez really should have fought and it was very possible to make at a time and would have been one hell of a matchup

Martinez had his troubles with guys of lesser caliber than GGG and Canelo. There's no way he has an easy night against either of them. Pavlik and Williams are nothing like Golovkin or Alvarez. I think guys really need to see how Golovkin used to fight and stop judging based off him being 34+ years old and assume that's how he fought because he just so happened to fight better fighters at that time. It's clear when he was around 30 years old, that he was a completely different fighter. And Alvarez, well I think he would have nullified Martinez's work. Sorry, but that hands down style isn't going to work against fighters like that. Golovkin and Alvarez are/were too good.

Golovkin. Not a knock on Martinez, who I'm a huge fan of, it would just be a bad matchup even for Sergio in his prime.

True..... But man Prime Martinez was a beast. And what separates him from Canelo and GGG, he dominated instead of struggling in his biggest fights!
