    What's your favorite one-punch KO??

Do you have a favorite one punch KO?

I was rooting for Paul Williams in this fight but it turned out to be my all time favorite one punch KO.

    This one was a beauty:

Yuup my man R Rated Kendall Holt’s laser guided right hand that ended Torres’ career.

Dont let the KO% fool you cuz Kendall Holt is a real hitter and when he lands, it’s lights out.

R Rated Kendall Holt would lay Prograis and Taylor the *** out

Derrick Jefferson and Maurice Harris. Harris got punched one way and his head turned the opposite way.

Not my favourite but quite devastating anyway was the one punch ko of Curtis Stevens at the hands of David Lemieux
He was out cold before hitting the mat
Laid there for five minutes before being taken out on a stretcher
            Just brutal

Always wondered where the name came from. Don’t know if this is true, but one guy on the Internet said, “He named it after his high school girlfriend…like her, the punch was a knockout.”

And although you’ve probably read everything there is to read on Rocky, here’s a short but sweet article you may not have: http://www.espn.com/sportscentury/fe.../00016159.html
