    2. Canelo
    3. Trout
    4. Trout
    5. Canelo
    6. Canelo
    7. Canelo (10-8 round)
    8. Trout
    9. Trout
    10. Canelo
    11. Canelo
    12. Trout

    Canelo wins 115-112

I could actually see scores as wide as 117-110 for Canelo because I had a couple of swing rounds in there but to me it was a clear victory for Alvarez

I would also like to point out that I see this particular Canelo performance as proof that he wasn't "green" when he faced Floyd Mayweather Jr. Trout was coming off a career-best win against Miguel Cotto and the fight was a unification.

I will check out the other fights you mentioned when I have time and post my scorecards for those as well.
I think that was my score also? Sad thing is Trout new the score and didn't go ALL-IN! He was content to lose by decision instead of getting dropped again. He was also bamb-legged 3-4 more times. How many boxers you know would do that if they knew they needed to flip it up? Unlike Oscar (Tito) Canelo didn't mail it in and coast the last few rounds.

Post your score then? You gave GGG every round with some 11-7 rounds for GGG for good measure.

        First fight 8-4 GGG.
Second fight 7-5 GGG or draw.

Most boxing analysts around the world agreed with me. Most fans around the world agreed with me.

Most boxers and trainers had Canelo winning. 8-4?? WOW! That was nice of you to give Canelo 4 rounds?? So you basically gave GGG the benefit of the doubt in every round?

For good laugh can you provide me what 4 you gave Canelo???

I think that Trout would have attacked more if he could but Canelo was too good that night. Also, that's not Trout's game. He (Trout) was forced to press against Erislandy Lara and that is his most lopsided loss to date. Sometimes the other guy is just better.

I said both GGG fights...as I can't see Canelo getting to 6+ rounds in either one...I had him beating Jacobs and Lara 7-5.

Funny (but fair) to wonder if the 2 fights with GGG took more out of GGG than they did Canelo though...I think SD was more of a bad matchup/timing than anything, but if some want to say Canelo took something out of him too, I think that is a fair argument to make.

I look at Floyd fighting Canelo at 152 (instead of 154) the same way I look at Pacquiao fighting Miguel Cotto at 145 (instead of 147). I think Floyd and Manny would have still won but the fights would have been more competitive.

Your right but at that point he had no choice? He was content to lose by decision then risk getting TKO'd or dropped again. Soo that's why I don't know anyone who really felt Trout won. I've only seen internet trolls say it.

Yeah I can understand the viewpoint of selling out in hopes of landing something big. Then again I also know it's much easier said than done (after all he was the one getting hit, not me lol) and maybe Trout was hoping Canelo would run out of gas? Either way, I thought Canelo won clearly and Trout felt the same way after the fight.
