Hooker is long and lean. If he fights long and with fluidity and keep Rugaroo at distance, it will make for a very interesting fight.... CAN'T WAIT

It's great that he learned that lesson and this article should be required reading for up-and-coming fighters, especially those who are on undercards like Prograis referred to.

It’s an important lesson all fighters must learn, it’s a short career. You have to make sure you can make yourself financially sustainable.

Looking forward to seeing Prograis back in action. Good fighter.
I hope your right but it’s still a long way to the top if you get what I mean

Don’t know what you got until it’s gone

Agreed mate. It’s happened far too many times throughout history...

Yeah it is... only a low % of professional fighters are actually able to make a sustainable living out of boxing.

              Damn right
But if I had a dollar for every time I heard a boxer say this , I’d be ****** rich
              Just tough for a boxer
Look at the people who hang around boxers , not the straightest guys

He seems like a guy that when his career is done, will have money to live the rest of his life on, assuming the markets come back and nothing else comes our way that cripples the economy in the same or in a different manner. Seems the only guarantee right now is a 5X savings account like I have.

Well said. It’s always tragic when gifted people fail to plan ahead. If AB cut back on his crew, on his lifestyle, he probably could still plan for the future. Most likely he has some years of lucrative boxing remaining if he cares for himself.

Those are the choices he needs to make but unfortunately I don’t see him doing it anytime soon, if ever tbh.
