Pacquiao's gonna light him up if the fight with Mikey goes down. Garcia's performance against Vargas doesn't have me convinced he can compete at welterweight or at least against elite competition. Vargas is a light puncher at 147 and was able to earn Garcia's respect in their bout. Garcia was hesitant to to let his hands go more. Pacquiao still packs a punch at 41 and is still quick and the most experienced fighter with experience in the division.

Agree with most here, that Pac vs Mikey is CLEARLY the fight that will be made. It's good for everybody. Mikey does bring fans. More than anybody that Pac has fought since Floyd. So there's enough money involved. It's a good fight for Pac because he's not taking on the killer in Spence, but he's fighting a worthy opponent with a skillset that he can beat, yet still creates a challenge. And for Mikey it's obvious. It's the biggest lottery ticket under 160lbs. He's (Pac that is) a small welterweight. And a win against a legend will allow him to fight ANY fighter he pleases, in his next fight. This is win win for everybody. Fans included

Good post! Your thinking is sound at every step.

My only objection is the Saudi angle. No need to take the mofos' blood money. You still have an excellent fight if you make it elsewhere and you leave your conscience intact.

This is true but this is all you talk about. Every single post.

Isn’t manny with pbc? I swear just last year pbc had all the belts and clout. Man has fast things can change with just a year.

Can anybody tell me without doubt if Manny can actually go to Dazn
I could swear he signed up with PBC for a three fight deal
I find it hard to believe that PBC would give this up when all along this was one of the reasons for Big Al signing Pac

There’s no way he is fighting in American with pandemic , no chance so pbc probably has to release pac due to age or crisis . No sports here they say until July if we are lucky and we do exactly what state department issues .

Do you really believe that Al fughin Haymon would release Manny Pacquiao
Think about it , if there’s any truth to it , he doesn’t release his fighters for record money fights and has been trying to freeze out the other promotional outfits by doing in-house fights
I just can’t see Hearn or Dazn pulling off this heist , impossible just wouldn’t make any fughin sense him signing Pac and him letting Garcia go over for one fight only to lose him just like that

Maybe they buy him from pbc due to pandemic and no word on Spence
