At the time, McDermott was an avoided, experienced British champion and Fury was a 21yr old rookie learning his craft. He should be given credit for facing a dangerous opponent like John at that stage of his career.

Guys, Tyson Fury almost KO Deontay 'Bronze-Bomber' Wilder with a Bass Rutten palm/wrist strike. I don't remember Antonio Margarito ever doing this.

Is anyone keeping score of these violations? I count 1 for Margarito and 3 for Fury -- WHOOPS! I forgot, Tyson also robbed Christian Hammer by abusing steroids. So Tyson tried to come in with tampered gloves vs. Christian Hammer, but referee Marcus McDonnell caught him.

To make matters worse, UKAD caught Tyson and Hughie for steroids for Tyson's fight with Christian Hammer. This is now 4 For Tyson, and 1 for Margarito.

Well glove tampering is boxings cardinal sin. I went hard after Marg and before that I had made a thread about Resto in the history section. I'm completely neutral in regards of Wilder and Fury. It's all about the gloves. If he did cheat, that's extremely bad and he should probably be in jail for it.
