Kownacki isn't an idiot, he was just very badly advised by Al Haymon. Of course he should have fought AJ, it really should have been a no brainer for a guy in his position.

But unfortunately for Adam, he disengaged his brain and allowed another man to do his thinking for him.

What does that even mean though lol, surely if he was betting on himself he'd bet he could beat Joshua first time around and make a fortune in a rematch.

What kind a mind control device does haymon possess that he can convinced a guy to turn down 5 million and instead fight for 150k which half of it will taxed and 15-25% of that half will be paid to his trainers and team.

Not to mention that would of been instead of Ruiz and Joshua was maybe there to be taken out in that 1st fight. Kownacki could of become a millionaire 4 belt world champion.

Only controlled sheep turn that kind of offer down. These fighters needs to leave that Haymon cult.

That's what he gets for betting on white

I believe it was Wesley Snipes that said, "Always bet on black."

Of course, last time I did that was the Wilder fight.

              And this guy

I’m sure there are more too that lose huge money because of Haymon lol

Wilder lose 100m, I guess he did probably make close to half of that, but still
Ortiz turned down AJ as well, before lying about it and then getting exposed on ThaBoxingVoice lol.

Can anyone post a link where there is proof of an offer extended to kownacki for an AJ fight.

The story on this site makes it clear that Hearn reached out to see if kownacki was available only to find out he had a signed contract with Haymon for a fight TBD on pbc. The article doesn’t mention an offer being made or a dollar amount.

I have asked for this before and no one has produced a link verifying the offer.

At the very least a link should be provided to verify the accuracy of the thread.
