Before Joshua-Ruiz II there were many "concerned" posts that Joshua was not capable of pulling off a hit-and-don't-get-approach; to fight tall; to fight on his toes for a full 12 rounds.
Then, when he did just that, the "concern" changed to how he won't be a box-office draw for long if he doesn't knock people out.
Let's be plain. The only risk for Joshua in such an approach is that he doesn't get the decision. At this point in his career, he's probably not going to be tearing his hair out over whether he makes 15 rather than 20 million per fight, so long as he can continue winning and so long as he is able to further unify.Comment

We are in a thread devoted to an article in which Eddie says AJ will be more destructive -- couldn't agree more. You say he will do his best impression of Wlad on his bike.
Now, I don't necessarily agree that will definitely be the case, but if it does happen, that is boxing, right?
I'm not here to back up what Eddie says. But should Joshua box and emulate hall-of-famer Klitschko, is that not a good thing?
Does it only count as a W if Joshua does it on your terms?Last edited by Monty Fisto; 03-11-2020, 10:01 PM.Comment

He’s not Klitschko
And remember who he pulled that job on
An already slow man , who also didn’t train and wanted AJ to stand right in front of himComment

Well, make your mind up. He's Klitschko 2.0. Your words. But he's not Klitschko. Your words. He either is or he isn't. You decide.Comment
